  Job responsibilities

  1. Responsible for the overall financial operation and management of the subsidiary, as well as the improvement of the internal control system; Participate in major business decisions of the company, provide advice and decision support, and participate in risk assessment, guidance, tracking, and control.

  2. Coordinate the company's fund settlement, operation, and accounting, timely submit various management reports and analysis reports, and provide decision-making basis for the management.

  3. Lead the formulation and implementation of annual financial plans and budgets, and be responsible for providing financial data and financial analysis.

  4. Project Financial Management: Organize and carry out project financial management, participate in the "four calculations" of the project, namely budget estimation, accounting, and final accounts, timely monitor and report project risks, and track project accounts receivable.

  5. Tax planning: Responsible for planning local tax burden and reasonably controlling tax risks.

  6. Responsible for reviewing important economic contracts and purchase and sales contracts of the company, and supervising the execution of contracts to ensure that the interests of the enterprise are not harmed.

  7. Establish and maintain good collaborative relationships with relevant institutions such as industry and commerce, taxation, banks, intermediaries, and capital market supervision.

  8. Responsible for department team building and employee development, developing internal financial indicators, and managing performance evaluations; Coordinate the relationship between the finance department and other departments..

  9. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

  Job requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance, finance or other economic related fields, with intermediate or senior accounting titles. Certified Public Accountant is preferred.

  2. More than ten years of financial work experience, and at least five years of management experience as a financial manager. Real estate full chain financial management experience is preferred

  3. Familiar with enterprise information management and ERP system.

  4. Familiar with the relevant provisions of the Enterprise Accounting Standards and proficient in preparing consolidated financial statements.

  5. Possess good professional ethics, rigorous work style, high sense of dedication and responsibility, identify with corporate culture, dare to take responsibility, and strong execution ability; Has good organizational and coordination skills, is good at communication, and can adapt to high-intensity work.
